Building Caring Communities Since 1994
Caring is at the heart of LLDC’s philosophy. At each program, LLDC’s goal is that participants will care about themselves, others, and the environment.
Participants form groups of 8-12 people, where they have an opportunity to take appropriate risks in a safe and supportive environment.
Throughout the course of the program, participants better understand the importance of:
- effective communication
- addressing individual and group needs
- respecting differences
- working together towards a common goal
Our programs can set the tone to build on back in the classroom or workplace.
