Building Group Cohesion with Northfield Middle School

Northfield Middle School 6th grade came out for the first of two fall visits today.  This field trip was made possible by the grant awarded in the spring from Northfield Savings Bank.

Our job as a team-building center would be unnecessary if all groups communicated perfectly, helped each other out, and trusted one another.This group needed a lot of help to become more cohesive. This first program focused on our introductory team challenges.  There were some moments of growth as well as some difficult moments.  The students were given a 5-question survey before they arrived.
