Our highly trained and skilled staff look forward to planning a program for your school or adult group!

Our team of facilitators are all outdoor enthusiasts, with a strong commitment to helping people discover new things about themselves and the world around them.  Collectively we are avid skiers, mountain bikers, yoga practitioners, gardeners, kayakers, wilderness first responders, EMT’s, and team players!

Jaime Cipperly - Program Director

Jaime is the Program Director of Lotus Lake Discovery Center. Her passion for kids and for the environment is woven into the fabric of her teaching style. She has a degree from UNH in environmental conservation and has a master’s degree from Antioch New England Graduate School, with a degree in Environmental Studies and a grade 5-9 general science teaching certification.

Jaime and her husband built their house, started a small farm, and have a baby boy. She loves her dogs, skiing, and being on the Lotus Lake land! Jaime is a wilderness first responder and CPR certified.

Becky Martin Watson - Program Coordinator

Becky is the Program Coordinator of Lotus Lake Discovery Center and her boundless energy, love of education, and attention to detail make LLDC programs strong and vibrant!

As a fifth generation family member at Lotus Lake, Becky’s work has centered on taking care of the land and her four children and ten grandchildren!  She is a VT certified teacher and provides the administrative and logistical support that keeps LLDC running smoothly.

Additional Staff

Additional LLDC Staff bring a wide variety of experiences and educational backgrounds to the program. They are dedicated, caring, professional adults who have college-level education and experience working with people.
